James Olasunkanmi has a degree in BSc Physiotherapy (Hons) from the University of Nottingham and has recently completed his MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine at Queen Mary University.
James has several years of experience as a physiotherapist. He initially started working within the NHS, specialising in the management of musculoskeletal injuries, rheumatological conditions and persistent pain cases.
Alongside this, he started his journey in sport, working as a first-team physio for Blackheath RFC in the National one rugby union league. He then moved on to elite football and has recently held positions at both Arsenal FC and Crystal Palace Football Club as an academy physiotherapist.
He specialises in the management of sports-related injuries, including orthopaedic surgeries such as ACL reconstructions. He also has a wide range of experience in treating various conditions, such as muscle strains, tendinopathies, fractures and growth-related injuries in the adolescent population.
When James is not in the clinic, he enjoys running, going to the gym, and watching football on the weekend.
