To say thank you for downloading the app and your ongoing support, the first two stamps on your card will be on Ultra Sports Clinic, then you will only need to refer one person to be entitled to receive our first gift … there are a total of 3 gifts from us per loyalty card.
Every time you refer a new patient to the clinic, all you need to do is come to the front desk and ask us to stamp your card. Please remember your referral must be new to Ultra Sports Clinic and they must pay for their session, either via their health insurance or themselves i.e. it cannot be off a free 15 min Body MOT session for example. We don’t mind if their first appointment with us is a massage, as long as they have already had a paying session treatment with us.
Every time you collect 3 stamps on your card, you will receive a gift on us.
