September 2024 Patient of the Month

Meet our patient of the month - Joss 

Joss had a knee arthoscopy  in February 2024 which revealed a tear to his ACL and previous medial meniscal tear. He opted for non-operative management and has been rehabbing with James (@processphysio) at Third Space City for the past 6 months. Following a lot of hard work in the gym and testing on the force plates Joss has now returned to straight line running and is looking forward to a full return to rugby towards the end of the year.
