
What inspired you to become a physio?
Sport in South Africa is a big part of our identity.
It was the natural option to go into, seeing as I loved participating in it so much.
Best piece of advice?
Hip mobility training can not be underestimated.

Something you don't know about me?
Before coming to the UK, I had never been overseas.
Currently blessed enough to have visited 10 countries and counting.
