What inspired you to become a practice manager?
The ole cliche, I had a few injuries and surgeries during my sporting life as a teenager and decided that helping people whilst having a yarn seemed like a good way to put food on the table and tie my interests in a job.
Best piece of advice?
Chase your loses they can't run forever. Physio wise the exercise that gets completed is the best exercise.
