As part of the launch of our new clinic, we are profiling some of our key practitioners. Find out what they do behind the scenes.
What role do you do?
I am a Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist at Ultra Sports Clinic in the city of London.
What inspired you to become a Sports Massage Therapist?
After suffering an ankle injury that ended my dancing career, I wanted to find a way to help people perform at their best. I had always enjoyed receiving sports massage and had a strong interest in the body and how to optimise performance. This led me down the path to becoming a Sports & Remedial massage therapist and I haven’t looked back.

Goals achieved?
Re-training as a Sports & remedial massage therapist, and running a full half marathon distance when all I had previously done was a 5k.
What’s your favourite exercise?
Difficult to choose, I’ve recently gotten in to running as I am training for my first half marathon in October.

Drink of the month?
Anything with Gin – a favourite is Dr Cornelius’s Bath tub gin, tastes much nicer than it sounds.
Last Book?
Last book I read was Marching Powder by Rusty Young – a really interesting read.
My favourite sport?
Rugby.
Top snack?
Houmous – I could eat it by the bucket load.
Something you don't know about me?
I love cooking.
