Jamie, a New Zealand-born physiotherapist and completed his physiotherapy degree from the University of Otago in 2015. Specializing in musculoskeletal injuries, he has honed his skills in gym-based physiotherapy clinics since, utilizing manual therapy techniques such as dry needling, joint mobilisation and massage alongside his exercise prescription expertise to assist patients in reaching their health objectives. Jamie has a keen interest in supporting individuals recovering from shoulder and knee surgeries, employing tailored gym programs to facilitate their return to the activities they enjoy most. Jamie has collaborated extensively with athletes and various sports teams, bringing nearly a decade of experience contributing to athlete rehabilitation, injury prevention programs, and match day physiotherapy services. His sporting background includes working with New Zealand representatives across football, rugby, cricket, hockey, and basketball.
Committed to continuous professional development, Jamie obtained a postgraduate certificate in health sciences from the Auckland University of Technology before he embarked on his next professional chapter and moved to London.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Jamie enjoys weight training at the gym and attending football or rugby game he can get his hands on tickets for.
