Beverley completed a degree in Sports Rehabilitation & Injury Prevention from Middlesex University, and then went on to study Physiotherapy at Brunel University. Following graduating, Beverley has specialised in the musculoskeletal field.
She has experience with a wide range of musculoskeletal pathologies and is particularly interested in the management of lower limb and spinal related injuries. Beverley is also trained in Dry Needling/Acupuncture, Sports Massage and Pilates. She is currently working towards an MSc in Psychology.
Beverley has extensive knowledge of sports injuries and has worked with a variety of sports teams, including American Football, Basketball and Football, specialising in sports specific rehabilitation. She is currently the Lead Therapist for the Great Britain American Football National Programme and works closely with Scholarship Athletes. Her interest in sports injuries has led her to develop her skills in biomechanical and postural assessments and corrective rehabilitation.
Beverley keeps up to date with evidence-based practice and uses proven assessment and treatment techniques to ensure her patients improve and prevent further injury. Outside of work, Beverley has keen interests in Pilates, Bouldering and Hiking.
