Ashleigh Wienand

Ashleigh has over 25 years experience as a world-class Physiotherapist. She has built up an enviable reputation that has led her to treat athletes, musicians and A-List celebrities from all over the world. She has worked with numerous international sports teams over the years, ranging from the GB Diving team at the Commonwealth Games to the South African Davis & Federation Cup tennis team. Ashleigh was also invited to work with the athletes at the 2017 London Athletics.

Ashleigh specialises in muscular skeletal injuries with a keen interest in tennis, golf, rugby, running and water sports. She understands not only the biomechanics but also the physiological drive of her patients and is therefore able to develop a rehabilitation and prevention program that works specifically for their needs.
