Ashley Gorton

Ashley qualified from the ESO (European School of Osteopathy) in Maidstone, Kent, with a master's degree, after 4 years of osteopathic training, where he learnt structural and functional approaches of osteopathy. Ashley also took part in the sports specialist clinic during his training at the ESO.
To complement the osteopathic approach, Ashley has achieved diplomas in sports massage and dry needling to use alongside both cranial and structural osteopathic treatment when appropriate.
Ashley enjoys the unique challenges that patients present along with providing a personalised treatment and management plan to fit their specific needs.
Ashley has competed at county level 400 meter and 800 meter competitions around the UK and trained alongside international athletes. Ashley also has a coaching background in athletics and enjoys taking part in other sports such as football and golf, and participating in classes and solo training at the gym.
